Derrick Camber, CMCA, AMS

President/CEO

A Cypress native and Cal State Long Beach alum, Derrick Camber is a seasoned property manager and real estate broker with a background in home loans, finance, and real estate. Derrick is CMCA and AMS certified and he’s excelled in previous roles at local property management firms. Off-duty, he can be found on the golf course, mountain biking, cooking, or dancing.

Bethany Swan, CMCA

Community Manager

A Southern California native and CMCA-certified property manager, Bethany began in the accounting department, now advancing towards AMS accreditation. With extensive customer service experience, she excels in portfolio management. Off-duty, she’s a dedicated mom of four, cooking lover, family enthusiast, and Disneyland fan.

Greg Costello

Community Manager

Greg hails from southern Missouri. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Greg was an officer aboard Navy ships until 1984, when he left the service to join his father in a new winery venture in Napa Valley. He remained in the wine business for 22 years in New York City, and also a Naval Academy Admissions Officer for New York. He and his wife recently moved to Belmont Shore. He expects to utilize his managerial experience as a Naval Officer and with Navy Admissions in his new role with property management, while at the same time seeking his Real Estate license and Property Management Certification. Hobbies include wine (of course) and sailing.

Robert Horlick

Realtor / Manager

Robert is a seasoned Newport Beach realtor with over two decades of experience, combining a deep knowledge of real estate with a commitment to community enrichment, driven by his service in the US Army’s 82nd Airborne Division. When he’s not helping locals find their dream homes, he enjoys quality time with his three daughters and cherished granddaughter. He remains dedicated to supporting veterans and has a passion for discovering exciting culinary experiences.

Alexa Tornquist

Community Manager

Alexa, originally from the desert, earned her degree from Arizona State University and currently resides near the beach in Long Beach. With a solid foundation in restaurant management and personal training, Alexa embodies strong leadership and a sense of responsibility. She’s actively pursuing her CMCA certification, highlighting her commitment to professional growth. During her free time, she finds joy in weightlifting, crafting candles, and exploring thrift stores.

Tyler Rodriguez

Community Manager

Tyler, a Southern California native and proud alumnus of Cal State Long Beach, has a diverse background in mortgage lending, real estate sales, and finance. Currently, he is pursuing his CMCA certification. With over a decade of experience as a yoga teacher, Tyler has had the privilege of serving his community and connecting with people from various backgrounds. In his free time, he enjoys reading, cooking, hiking, and spending quality time with friends and family.
