Derrick Camber, CMCA, AMS
President/CEO
A Cypress native and Cal State Long Beach alum, Derrick Camber is a seasoned property manager and real estate broker with a background in home loans, finance, and real estate. Derrick is CMCA and AMS certified and he’s excelled in previous roles at local property management firms. Off-duty, he can be found on the golf course, mountain biking, cooking, or dancing.
Ashley Beckner
Director of Operations
Ashley moved to Southern California in 2012, bringing with her a deep passion for real estate. With over 18 years of experience as a licensed Realtor, she has dedicated the last decade to project and property management, successfully building her own portfolio of investment properties. In her free time, Ashley enjoys relaxing at the beach with her two Belgian Malinois and volunteers with local German Shepherd rescues.
Bethany Swan, CMCA
Community Manager
A Southern California native and CMCA-certified property manager, Bethany began in the accounting department, now advancing towards AMS accreditation. With extensive customer service experience, she excels in portfolio management. Off-duty, she’s a dedicated mom of four, cooking lover, family enthusiast, and Disneyland fan.
Robert Horlick
Realtor / Manager
Robert is a seasoned Newport Beach realtor with over two decades of experience, combining a deep knowledge of real estate with a commitment to community enrichment, driven by his service in the US Army’s 82nd Airborne Division. When he’s not helping locals find their dream homes, he enjoys quality time with his three daughters and cherished granddaughter. He remains dedicated to supporting veterans and has a passion for discovering exciting culinary experiences.
Julia King
Community Manager
Long Beach native Julia King, a recent University of San Diego graduate with degrees in Finance and Real Estate, brings strong local ties and hands-on experience to our team. With a passion for real estate and dedication to clients, she also enjoys time with family and weekends serving at Schooner or Later.
Kimberly Gonzalez

Kimberly is a licensed realtor with expertise in residential real estate and commercial property management. With a strong background in customer service, she is dedicated to fostering positive relationships and ensuring her communities thrive. Outside of work, Kimberly is passionate about animal welfare and spending quality time with her daughter.

Christy Eng is a native of Long Beach with a diverse career background spanning insurance, logistics, and sales. Her expertise lies in providing exceptional attention to clients and ensuring a seamless experience to everyone she helps. Outside of work, she enjoys artistic pursuits, travel, and exploring culinary delights as a true foodie.
